The Strategic Value Fund will have no geographic constraints for its invested equity portion.  As such, it may invest in both Developed and Emerging markets as opportunities arise.

In addition to global equities, the Strategic Value Fund can hold bonds and cash.  Typically, the Fund will not hold more than 20% in cash.

The ability to hold cash gives two distinct advantages: it allows KAM to act quickly when new investment opportunities arise; and it allows KAM to limit exposure when whole markets are overvalued.

The Strategic Value Fund will not short.  We remain wholly focused on acquiring good companies.
